Vista UAC and Flex 3

I don't know if this has been brought up or not, or i dont even know if this is just isolated to my system or alot of people. But if you are running as a non-admin and click on Flex builder, it will show trial expired even if it is registerd as a professional or educational. However if you right click and run as admin , it wont show the expired thing

You probably have to change the permissions of some files... the license.properties file comes to mind...
